Tina Call created the Gratitude Journal with the intention of helping in suicide prevention and mental health. Journaling and practicing gratitude have always been a tried-and-true method of positive psychology. We have had our own personal battles with mental health and want to bring light to the importance of mental health.
With that, the Gratitude Journal was born! We have a lot of love for this journal and what it represents. We hope it can find its way to many people and be a source for good.
