Send Kirk a Message
Kirk reads every message himself.
He has personally answered more than 195,000 messages from kids and parents since 2011.
Whatever you’re going through, you can tell Kirk. Every message on this page goes straight to Kirk Smalley.
Your message stays between you and Kirk. He won’t share it with anyone or post it anywhere without your permission. The only exception: if you tell him that you or someone else is in danger, he’ll make sure you get help.
Need help right now?
Kirk may not see your message right away. If you’re thinking about hurting yourself, call or text 988, any time, day or night. You can also text HOME to 741741. If you’re in immediate danger, call 911.
